SMILE + WAVE

smile + wave utilises the technique of databending, where an image is converted into a waveform audio file, effects are applied, and then is converted back into a viewable image file.

The project explores the finding the perfection in imperfection; using random distortion on familiar images (a human smile) to create new and unpredictable results.
